Medical Eyeglass Center Inc Westfield, New Jersey is seeking an Optical Operations and Shipping Coordinator to support our Business Operations team. You will manage order processing, shipping, and inventory across our network of optical dispensaries.

The role emphasizes attention to detail, dependability, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced office setting. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Optical experience preferred.
• Optical frame ordering experience a strong plus.
• Compulink experience a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• UPS/FedEx shipping experience.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude.

We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented team member to join our Business Operations team and provide support to our growing network of optical dispensaries.

Responsibilities

• Order optical frames, supplies, and merchandise
• Receive, inspect, and organize products
• Process returns, exchanges, and vendor credits
• Pack and ship orders via UPS and FedEx
• Maintain inventory and computer records
• Communicate with vendors
• Provide general office, shipping, and receiving support
