Responsibilities

• Supervise and train optical staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service standards.
• Perform eye measurements and adjustments to ensure proper fit and prescriptions.
• Handle customer complaints and issues to maintain satisfaction and store reputation.
• Operate equipment, conduct pre-test diagnostic tests, and maintain patient records.
• Assist with insurance claims.
• Perform patient testing such as visual acuity, color vision, and depth perception.
• Prepare work orders for the optical laboratory.
