Responsibilities

• Provide high level member service including eye exams scheduling support and in-person/phone assistance.
• Manage optical department team, coach staff, and ensure compliance with HIPAA and privacy policies.
• Coordinate with the lab to ensure timely order processing and maintain a clean, well-stocked department.
