Job summary

National Vision in Plano, TX, is seeking a Production Lab Tech to help expedite job orders through the manufacturing process. Responsibilities include organizing job orders, RF scanning, inventory management, and ensuring quality control in lens handling.

The ideal candidate will have some experience in order picking or inventory and the ability to read and write in English. The position comes with several employee benefits including a competitive PTO policy and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• No specific education required.
• Prior order picking, inventory, warehouse, or mass production experience is preferred.
• Must be able to read and write English.

Responsibilities

• Expedite job orders throughout the manufacturing process.
• Sort and organize job orders, RF scanning.
• Print orders, place tickets in job trays.
• De-box lenses, pre-inspect for defects.
• Pick frames and lenses based on Rx.
• Organize job trays and sort jobs for production.
• Stock duties and inventory management.
