You will align daily work with department goals and maintain high standards of quality and safety. Qualifications include a science/engineering degree (or equivalent), 5+ years in manufacturing leadership, and experience with LEAN, ISO 9001/ISO 14001, and SAP/ERP systems.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in science or engineering preferred; high school diploma required.
• At least 5 years of supervisory/leadership experience in manufacturing or optics fabrication.
• Strong LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement experience.
• Experience with SAP or ERP systems; ISO 9001/ISO 14001 familiarity.

• Lead a team of technicians to meet production KPIs.
• Set up and execute detailed production schedules.

• Collaborate with Production Engineering to improve processes.
