Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to engineering and development teams through product life cycle.
• Collaborate with engineers to develop and refine troubleshooting strategies.
• Assist with work instruction redlines and ECR/ECO processes.
• Support test engineers in developing improvements to test procedures.
• Diagnose and resolve EO system issues at the component level.
• Document test failures and provide detailed analysis.
