Job summary

Xcimer Energy is offering a 12-week engineering internship at our Denver headquarters, giving hands-on experience in designing and building laser-driven inertial fusion hardware and software. Interns work across Mechanical, Electrical, Physics, and Software disciplines, mentored by industry experts to tackle real-world challenges in structures, optics, pulsed power, and simulations.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a Bachelor's, Master's or PhD degree program in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, physics, nuclear engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated application of technical skills outside the classroom (projects, research or prior internship).
• Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and simulation.
