Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent within 12 months to sit for ABO exam.
• Must meet ABO exam requirements for licensure where applicable.
• Experience in health care or retail setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Stock and merchandise presentation in the Optical area and assist customers with product displays.
• Handle claims, returns, and POS transactions for member purchases.
• Educate members on eyewear usage and care; assist with contact lens guidance.
• Measure pupillary distance and frame adjustments; process eyewear orders.
• Coordinate with labs/optometrists for product updates and repairs.
