Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or obtained within 12 months.
• Must obtain ABO certification within 15 months of hire.
• State licensure/registration requirements may apply for apprenticeship/licensure.

Responsibilities

• Stock, sign, price, and organize optical displays and merchandise.
• Assist members with eyewear purchases, measurements, fittings, and repairs.
• Process eyewear and contact lens orders and payments.
• Schedule and conduct patient appointments and pre-testing if applicable.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and operate the POS system accurately.
