Job summary

Eye Health America LLC is seeking a team member for our optical department in Naples, FL. Must have 1 year of relevant experience; travel to other offices may be required and overtime may be requested.

A $1,500 sign-on bonus is paid out in 3 installments at 3, 6, and 12 months. Responsibilities include assisting patients with frames and lenses, ordering lenses from the lab, filing insurance claims, inspecting lab work, and handling invoicing and inventory returns.

Qualifications

• Optical experience required.
• ABO certification preferred, but not necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients and customers with the selection of frames, lenses, and lens treatments.
• Ordering lenses from the lab.
• Filing insurance claims.
• Final inspection of lab work prior to notifying patient that their order is ready.
• Return and track returns for inventory purposes.
• Processing invoices for payment.
