Viant Medical Inc. in Orchard Park, NY, is seeking a Team Leader for the OPK Machining Team 1, 1st shift (Mon-Fri 7am-3pm). You will lead a manufacturing/clean room team, ensure production goals, enforce GMP, and drive continuous improvement. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent leadership, computer, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with tight time constraints.
• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production setting preferred.

Responsabilités

• Achieve utilization goals in the Clean Room; meet production standards and scrap rate targets.
• Provide direction, training, leadership and motivation to the Clean Room Team.
• Ensure associates follow policies and procedures; give constructive feedback.
• Oversee 2nd shift together with the 2nd shift supervisor to meet goals.
• Maintain 5S standards and participate in GMP compliance.
• Strive for on-time delivery and coordinate with the needles planner to avoid shortages.
