Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in operations, business management, project/program management, strategy, or related leadership roles.
• Experience supporting or partnering directly with senior executives strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financial performance, and operational KPIs.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, evolving organization.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-support capabilities.
• Ability to influence leaders and drive accountability across functions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted strategic and operational partner to the EVP of Operations and translate priorities into action plans and milestones.
• Lead and coordinate high-priority operational projects with clear owners, timelines, and success metrics.
• Develop and maintain operational scorecards, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms with Finance and Operations.
• Establish an operating cadence for weekly and monthly reviews with agendas, data, and recommendations.
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives and resolve organizational barriers to execution.
