Job summary

Atomic is hiring an Operations Associate to support self-clearing infrastructure and corporate actions processing. You will handle actions such as spinoffs, distributions, mergers, and tender/exchange offers, while aiding clearance and settlement and data quality resolution.

You will partner with engineering, product, and compliance to strengthen processes and controls. Ideal candidates bring hands-on experience with corporate actions, clearance operations, and familiarity with NSCC/DTC

Qualifications

• Active Series 24 (General Securities Principal) license is required.
• Direct experience processing corporate actions (splits, distributions, mergers, tender/exchange offers) at a broker-dealer or clearing firm.
• Experience with clearance and settlement operations in a self-clearing or correspondent clearing environment.
• Strong understanding of NSCC/DTC processes, position reconciliation, and asset servicing.
• Knowledge of double-entry booking methodology and reconciliation across custody, trade, and cash ledgers.
