AtomicVest is seeking a Principal Operations Officer to steward day-to-day broker-dealer operations, including clearance, settlement, corporate actions, onboarding, and reconciliations. Reporting to Head of Brokerage Operations, you will lead the ops team and partner with FinOp, compliance, legal, and engineering to scale the self-clearing infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Hands-on broker-dealer ops with clearance and settlement experience.
• Strong leadership and supervisory experience in operations teams.
• Familiarity with FINRA/SEC regulatory expectations and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end ops lifecycle for brokerage: clearance, settlement, actions processing, onboarding, reconciliations.
• Serve as supervisory principal for operations; write and defend procedures in examinations.
• Support net capital compliance and timely data reconciliation for all accounts.
• Partner with engineering to automate reconciliations and regulatory reporting.
• Collaborate with FinOp, compliance, and legal on filings and control design.
• Shape operational controls and processes to scale a fast-moving startup.
