Job summary

DPR Construction seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader to drive enterprise programs that enhance workforce capability and organizational development. You’ll guide specialists, set priorities, and ensure delivery aligns with strategic goals across the company.

You’ll partner with People Practices leaders and stakeholders to optimize learning initiatives, measure impact, and develop team capability through coaching and performance management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, organizational development, human resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7–10 years in learning and development, program management, organizational development, or related field.
• 2–4 years leading team members, project teams, or program administration activities.

Responsibilities

• Manage Learning and Development Program Specialists responsible for implementation and administration of enterprise learning programs and development initiatives.
• Establish program priorities, work assignments, and operational processes to support effective delivery of learning initiatives across the organization.
• Oversee planning, coordination, and execution of learning programs, including schedules, communications, participant experience, and program logistics.
• Partner with stakeholders to align learning program delivery with workforce development objectives and organizational priorities.
• Review program participation, completion, feedback, and performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop team capability through coaching, performance management, workload planning, and professional development activities.
• Promote consistency in learning program administration, communication, and participant support across learning and development initiatives.

Job Summary

Leads administration and delivery of enterprise learning and development programs to support workforce capability and organizational development objectives. Manages Learning and Development Program Specialists responsible for program implementation, coordination, and stakeholder support. Establishes priorities, allocates resources, and oversees execution of learning initiatives to ensure consistent delivery and program effectiveness. Partners with People Practices leaders, facilitators, and business stakeholders to align learning programs with organizational needs and workforce development priorities.

Education Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience leading team members, project teams, or program administration activities required.

Anticipated starting pay range

$115,000.00- $182,000.00
