Job summary

Seneca is building cutting-edge drone and sensor technology for wildfire suppression, aiming to reduce risk across 500 million acres. You will own deployment logistics, craft compelling external content, and drive regulatory submissions with the flight team.

The role entails in-the-field representation at demos and events, plus close collaboration with design for branded material. We seek a candidate with 2–4 years GTM/ops experience, a relevant bachelor's, and a bias for action.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of professional experience in GTM, consulting, or operations.
• Bachelor's degree in a field combining quantitative reasoning and communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in ambiguity and proactively solve problems.
• Excellent written communication across scripts, reports and regulatory submissions.
• Content creation experience for social media and leadership materials.
• Fluency in AI workflows and modern tooling.
• Customer-first mindset with direct field engagement.
• Fire service experience or close collaboration with emergency response teams.
• Willingness to travel 25% for deployments, demos and events.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment and demo logistics including scheduling, travel, equipment, site access and stakeholder communication.
• Define and execute Seneca's social media presence across LinkedIn, X and Instagram.
• Learn FAA regulatory submission process and draft documents with flight team collaborators.
• Prepare customer-ready briefings, one-pagers and leadership presentations.
• Represent Seneca at demos, summits and industry events in the field.
• Collaborate with design to draft branded materials and visual content.
• Shape the structure and context of internal and external video content.
• Tackle problems with a growth mindset and positive attitude.
