Job summary

Seneca is seeking an Operations & Marketing Associate to amplify online presence, support customer deployments, and streamline internal operations. You will interface with customers and public safety stakeholders, coordinating deployments and shaping branding materials.

You will learn FAA regulatory submissions, craft leadership-ready briefings, and travel to demos, summits, and events. A strong content creator with AI workflow fluency is ideal.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in GTM, consulting, or operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Political Science, Finance, Public Policy, or related field.
• Thrives in ambiguity and takes initiative with humility.
• Excellent written communication across short and long-form content.
• Has content creation experience for social platforms.
• Fluent in AI workflows and modern tooling.
• Customer-first mindset and willingness to engage with field operations.
• FAA Part 107 Remote Pilot Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate deployment and demo logistics including scheduling, travel, equipment, site access, and stakeholder communication.
• Define and execute Seneca's social media presence across LinkedIn, X, and Instagram to drive engagement.
• Learn FAA regulatory submission processes and draft/format documents with the flight team for approvals.
• Prepare customer-ready briefings, one-pagers, and leadership presentations with high quality visuals and copy.
• Represent Seneca in the field at demos, summits, and industry events.
• Collaborate with design to draft branded materials and ensure consistent company presentation.
• Shape internal and external video content structure and context.
• Tackle problems with a growth mindset and positive attitude.
