Job summary

FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking an Operations Manager at Bradley International Airport to oversee safety, scheduling, staffing, and quality control across all on-site services. This role emphasizes a strong safety culture, daily operational excellence, and proactive problem-solving within a fast-paced aviation support environment.

The OM will manage documentation, training, and client communications, while coordinating with the Safety Department and overall program leadership to ensure

Qualifications

Proven knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience managing schedules, staffing, and quality control in service operations.

Responsibilities

Oversee all safety measures and enforce safety policies on site.
Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and payroll-related tasks while monitoring budgets.
Manage supply, inventory, and equipment to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
Maintain documentation, training, and client communication to uphold quality standards.
Lead team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
Communicate with clients and PMs to address workflow and service issues.
