Job summary

FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking a consistently hardworking Operations Manager based at Tucson International Airport to lead safety, scheduling, staffing, and client communications while building a rock solid team.

This role requires a flexible work schedule 7 days a week including weekends and some holidays, with responsibility for delivering high-quality service and maintaining safety standards across detailing, cleaning, and related operations.

Qualifications

• Proven knowledge of safety regulations and operational best practices.
• Proven experience in a managerial role with focus on safety, scheduling, staffing, and quality control.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Safety, or related field preferred.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding work and travel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety measures, scheduling, staffing, supply management, documentation, quality control, training, and client communication.
• Enforce safety policies and manage daily operations to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Maintain weekly safety reporting and incident management with the Safety Department.
• Finalize and share weekly schedules by 8 PM Sunday; monitor attendance and tardiness.
• Lead monthly team meetings; conduct quarterly performance reviews and staffing interviews as needed.
• Manage inventory and supply chain; ensure proper documentation and billing processes.
• Perform quality audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
