Job summary

NANA Regional Corporation invites qualified shareholder candidates to join the NMS Shareholder Apprentice Program in Anchorage, designed to provide on-the-job training within the camp services division for 24 months. Upon successful completion, participants will be prepared to step into regular full-time employment as fully qualified operations managers.

This in-office role requires close collaboration with HR, operations leadership, and site teams, with a clear path to a permanent operations

Qualifications

• Shareholder of NANA Regional Corporation required.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record.
• Must pass pre-employment checks including background, drug test, physical and fit-for-duty.
• Computer skills with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
• Three years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management: understand contracts, deliverables, and reporting; develop SOPs; manage client expectations.
• People Management / Training: plan and conduct training; maintain training records; ensure 95% compliance and proper documentation.
• Hiring: work with recruiting to screen, interview, onboard, and orient new hires; coordinate LMS access and 90-day survey.
• Performance & Staffing: communicate performance expectations; conduct reviews; manage staffing levels and payroll accuracy.
• Work Environment: ensure safety standards; report incidents; uphold NMS core values and open communication.
• Financial & Asset: assist with budgets, forecasting, and ensure proper vehicle and asset records.
• Bid/Proposal: provide narrative support and build staffing and wage requirements for proposals.
