Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a shareholder of NANA Regional Corporation, Inc.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License with clean driving record (3 years).
• Pre-employment checks including background, drug test, and fitness for duty.
• Strong computer skills, including MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Be knowledgeable of terms and conditions of managed contracts.
• Understand scope of work for delivery and manage accordingly.
• Develop standard operating procedures for contracts under management.
• Perform client reporting as outlined in the contract.
• Cultivate positive relationships with contract representatives.
• Effectively manage client expectations with KPI meetings.
• Plan, schedule and conduct training as needed.
• Review training reports and ensure proper documentation.
• Maintain 95% compliance across managed units.
