Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking an Operations Support Manager in Jacksonville, FL. You will oversee Warehouse & Shipping, Maintenance & Calibration, and Spare Parts management to ensure safe, compliant operations and high service levels.

You will lead day-to-day execution, drive preventive maintenance, manage calibration programs, and optimize parts inventory while collaborating with vendors and internal stakeholders to improve reliability and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (or equivalent).
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, warehouse management, and maintenance/calibration; supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS, WMS, and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, calibration practices, spare-parts management, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (GMP, ISO) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Warehouse & Shipping operations to meet delivery targets and quality standards.
• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance programs for production equipment.
• Own calibration program for test and process control equipment and manage vendors.
• Manage spare-parts inventory, reorder points, and obsolescence to minimize downtime.
• Supervise and coach warehouse, shipping, maintenance, and calibration technicians; manage staffing and performance.
