Zusammenfassung

Johnson & Johnson Vision is recruiting an Operations Support Manager — Warehouse & Shipping, Maintenance & Calibration (Spare Parts) for its Jacksonville, Florida site. The role ensures smooth, safe, and compliant operations across warehouse, maintenance, calibration, and spare parts management to support customer service and cost control.

Lead preventive maintenance, calibration programs, and vendor management while driving safety and process improvements with a strong focus on KPI performance

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in engineering, supply chain, or operations management.
5+ years of progressive experience in operations, warehouse management, and maintenance/calibration; supervisory experience preferred.
Hands-on experience with CMMS, WMS, and ERP systems.

Aufgaben

Oversee Warehouse & Shipping operations to meet delivery targets and quality standards.
Lead maintenance and calibration programs for equipment; manage spare-parts inventory.
Supervise and develop warehouse, shipping, maintenance, and calibration teams.
Ensure regulatory and quality standards compliance and drive continuous improvement.
