Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Vision is hiring an Operations Support Manager - Warehouse & Shipping, Maintenance & Calibration (Spare Parts) for its Jacksonville site. You will lead day-to-day operations across warehouse, maintenance, calibration, and spare parts, driving safety, reliability, and cost control.

You will implement preventive maintenance programs, manage calibration activities, control spare-parts inventory, and collaborate with vendors to improve performance and compliance with GMP/ISO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, warehouse management, and maintenance/calibration; supervisory experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with CMMS, WMS, and ERP systems.
• Strong knowledge of preventive maintenance, calibration, spare-parts management, and vendor management.
• Familiarity with GMP, ISO or industry-specific regulatory frameworks is a plus.
• Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inbound/outbound Receiving, picking, packing, staging, and shipping to meet targets.
• Manage inventory accuracy, storage optimization, and stock replenishment.
• Ensure shipping, labeling, and documentation compliance.
• Lead preventive maintenance and calibration programs; manage CMMS records.
• Manage spare-parts inventory and vendor relationships; monitor SLAs.
• Supervise and develop warehouse, maintenance, and calibration teams.
• Drive continuous improvements to reduce costs and improve service levels.
• Produce operational reports and present KPIs to leadership.
