Job summary

Honeycomb Insurance is seeking an Operations Manager to drive cross-functional projects that align with our strategic goals. Reporting to the Manager of Business Operations, you will collaborate with Underwriting, Marketing, Sales, RevOps, Support, Product, and R&D to deliver measurable outcomes.

You will lead initiatives, design and optimize processes, and implement data-driven solutions, including BI dashboards in Tableau.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
• 4+ years of consulting, operations management, or strategic initiatives experience.
• Strong experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering results.
• Proficient in data analysis with Excel/Tableau/SQL.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional initiatives with autonomy and stakeholder input.
• Design and optimize processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Develop and report on KPI dashboards with BI tools.
• Partner with senior leadership on strategic initiatives and timelines.
• Support change management and training across teams.
