The Florida Department of Environmental Protection, Division of Recreation and Parks (DRP) are seeking a reliable, self-motivated, and well-organized individual to join Florida’s award-winning state parks system. This position will be scheduled for up to 40 hours per week.
Duties may include but are not limited to: submitting travel authorizations and reimbursements; managing MFMP NextGen/Ariba on Demand for the office including entering requisitions and receiving invoices on purchase orders; ordering items with a PCard; serving as the Division’s property contact; submitting monthly vehicle logs and gas receipts; coordinating service for the Director’s Office vehicle; submitting monthly cell phone records; sorting and sending mail; managing mailing and other lists; maintaining office supplies; and performing special assignments, research, report preparation, and related work as required.
$19.50 per hour
