Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, planning, implementation, and change management of the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) and licensure compliance information system as assigned.
• Participate in status meetings for internal and external stakeholders, including management, subject matter experts, vendors, and end users.
• Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) for the MMUR and licensure compliance information system, including the writing and execution of UAT scripts, as assigned.
• Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to analyze business needs and assess system functionality as needed.
• Provide end-user technical assistant, as needed, to support efficient operation of the information technology systems.
• Develop and implement guidelines, tools, and training for conducting technical support.
