Job summary

The Florida Department of Health seeks an Operations Government Analyst I to provide operational and system support for IT systems, focusing on the Medical Marijuana Use Registry and licensure compliance system. Based in Tallahassee, this full-time OPS role works with stakeholders to design, test, and implement solutions while delivering data-driven reports using SQL and BI tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1 year in end-user support, UAT scripting, or IT system implementation
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SQL, and QLIK
• Knowledge of data collection/analysis methods and QA principles
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to work independently
• Valid driver’s license and successful background check including fingerprinting
