Job summary

You will serve as Manager on Duty with authority across the store, overseeing 15–30 associates and partnering with the Store Manager on hiring, training, safety, and compliance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent retail leadership experience considered.
• 3+ years multi-department retail management with supervision in receiving/warehouse and front-end.
• Proven track record reducing shrink, improving accuracy, and growing rental/propane revenue.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Receiving/Warehouse, Rental/Repair, and Cashier/Front-End operations; lead supervisors.
• Set and achieve goals for receiving accuracy, rental availability, repair turnaround, and frontline metrics.
• Manage 15–30 associates, write schedules, conduct reviews, and develop bench strength.
• Maintain visible presence at key service points, model impeccable customer service, and resolve escalations.
• Act as MOD during shifts and coordinate cross-department tasks with store management.
