Job summary

The Big Tool Box Inc is seeking a Receiving/Warehouse Supervisor in Centennial, CO. You will lead the Receiving/Warehouse team, audit receipts and invoices, and drive flawless backroom organization from dock to sales floor.

You will oversee the Sort & Segregate program, BOPUIS, and deliveries while maintaining 5S standards and aiming for zero discrepancies. Strong leadership, attention to detail, and forklift proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years receiving/warehouse leadership experience.
• Experience with Sort & Segregate, BOPUIS fulfillment, AP reconciliation, and vendor credit pursuit.
• Forklift operation and certification required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train Receiving/Warehouse associates and drivers.
• Audit receipts, invoices, and 100% of high-value receipts.
• Oversee Sort & Segregate and BOPUIS processes.
• Coordinate deliveries, will-calls, and store transfers.
• Pursue credits from vendors and resolve discrepancies within 48 hours.
• Publish weekly dashboards on receiving accuracy and credit recovery.
• Maintain 5S backroom standards and velocity-based slotting.
• Lead continuous improvement projects to reduce invoice exceptions.
