Job summary

Antares is seeking a Business Operations & Finance Intern to assist with accounts payable, reporting, and automation projects. You’ll collaborate with the Business Operations Lead on cross-functional initiatives and help build lightweight internal tools using AI and APIs.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, problem-solving, and the ability to translate ambiguous processes into practical solutions. Internship cohorts run in mid-spring and summer at Torrance, CA onsite.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program and entering junior or senior year.
• Must have internship experience or significant project/team experience (>1 year).
• Interest in applying AI and automation to practical business problems.
• GPA of 3.5 or above (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support accounts payable processes and recurring finance transactions.
• Identify repetitive workflows and automate them.
• Build lightweight internal tools and automations using AI, APIs, scripting.
• Improve data flow between systems and reduce manual entry.
• Develop automated reporting and dashboards for priorities.
