Job summary

Four Pillars Talent partners with a global organization to identify a Manager, Business Process Improvement & Operational Excellence for a technical services business in the North Houston area. This fully onsite role focuses on mapping processes, improving workflows, and preparing for ERP conversion to scale operations.

The ideal candidate brings 8–10+ years in BPM/operational excellence, strong project management, and cross-functional leadership.

Qualifications

8 to 10+ years of experience in business process improvement, operational excellence, project management, or related work.
Experience with onsite operational environments and cross-functional collaboration.
Exposure to at least two process areas (OTC, PTP, NPDI, SIOP, Services).

Responsibilities

Lead business process improvement projects within a recently acquired services operation.
Facilitate current-state and future-state design sessions.
Improve asset tracking, scheduling, resource planning, inventory management, and operational visibility.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and ownership frameworks.
Support ERP readiness and future system conversion efforts.
Communicate progress, risks, and business impact to leadership.
