Job summary

Techstars Healthcare Accelerator powered by Permanente Medicine Mid-Atlantic States is seeking an Operations Associate to support the 2026 program. You will help run day-to-day operations, assist senior team members, and ensure the cohort's needs are met.

The role runs Sept 14–Dec 11, 2026, in person from Monday to Thursday. You should be highly organized, tech‑savvy, and eager to learn in a fast-paced startup ecosystem.

Qualifications

  • Live in DC for the duration of the program (Sept 14–Dec 11, 2026).
  • Willing to commit to a full-time position for three months.
  • Hyper-organized, detail-oriented self-starter with ops/logistics and event planning experience.
  • Demonstrated interest in technology, startups, entrepreneurship, venture capital, etc.
  • Comfortable with Google Suite, Airtable, Zapier, Notion; able to build/use formulas in Excel/Google Sheets.
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with Techstars founders and plan activities, meetings and events that drive them toward success.
  • Coordinate scheduling of mentors, corporate partners, founders, and sponsor visits.
  • Follow best practices and execute content and curriculum of the program.
  • Event planning, set up, and execution.
  • Develop scalable processes for the accelerator team to optimize founder work and activities.
  • Enter and track program data.
