Job summary

HHS Environmental Services, LLC (USA) Defiance Hospital is seeking a friendly, compassionate leader to join our housekeeping team. You will help lead a goal-oriented department to create a safe, clean, and healing environment for patients, with no prior housekeeping experience required, just willingness to learn.

You will train and schedule staff, conduct daily inspections, recruit new team members, and collaborate with facility leadership to meet goals, budget, and compliance.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities
