Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Manufacturing, Business, or related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 7+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in plastics/manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience managing high-volume production operations and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day manufacturing operations across all processes.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to support growth, demand, quality, and profitability.
• Drive production planning and scheduling to maximize throughput and on-time delivery.
