Job summary

PWI Operations is seeking an Expert Data Analytics & Digital Transformation Lead to modernize operational tools, drive automation, and enable AI across Industrial Print.

The role focuses on building scalable data models, dashboards, and reporting using Power BI and Databricks, plus governance and data quality.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor analysts, and translate business needs into practical solutions while ensuring resilience and scale.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 7-10 years of work experience in data analytics or a related field.
• Preferred Certifications in programming languages (SQL, Python).

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives across PWI Operations.
• Architect and develop reporting, dashboards, and data solutions using Power BI, Databricks, and Microsoft technologies.
• Own production support, lifecycle management, issue resolution, access management, documentation, and enhancement planning for business critical PWI Operations digital tools, dashboards, workflows, and reporting assets.
• Partner with operations, planning, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to streamline processes and improve business outcomes.
• Advance AI readiness and deploy practical AI-enabled solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor and mentor while leading high-impact projects from concept through implementation.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, secure required access and approvals, and guide solutions from concept through launch and support.
