HP in Oregon seeks an Expert Data Analytics & Digital Transformation Lead to modernize operational tools, build scalable data and reporting solutions, and drive automation and AI enablement across Industrial Print.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor teams, and translate business needs into practical technical designs while ensuring governance and lifecycle management of dashboards and data assets.

Qualifications

• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or related discipline or commensurate work experience.
• 7-10 years of experience in data analytics, statistics, or related field.
• Programming Language Certification (SQL, Python, or similar) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital transformation and automation initiatives across PWI Operations.
• Architect and develop reporting, dashboards, and data solutions using Power BI, Databricks, and Microsoft technologies.
• Own production support, lifecycle management, access management, and documentation for dashboards and reporting assets.
• Partner with operations, planning, procurement, logistics, and engineering teams to streamline processes and improve outcomes.
• Advance AI readiness and deploy AI-enabled solutions to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Provide technical guidance to junior analysts and contractors in Power BI, data modeling, and automation.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs and guide solutions from concept through launch and support.
• Establish governance standards for operational data, reporting assets, KPI definitions, security, and lifecycle management.
