Job summary

S&P Global Dow Jones Indices is seeking a BI professional to design and implement business intelligence solutions using Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, CoPilot Studio, Power Apps) to deliver actionable insights for the Technology organization.

You will develop AI-enabled workflows, build and govern data visualizations and dashboards, support cross-functional teams, and promote responsible AI practices while driving operational efficiency across product development lifecycles.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in BI, data analytics, or related roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.
• Experience with data modelling, visualization, and Power Query (M).
• Design and maintain scalable ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Write and optimize DAX measures for business metrics.
• Strong hands-on SQL and query optimization skills.
• Experience with report scheduling, security, and governance.
• Knowledge of AI concepts and automated workflows.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement BI solutions using Power Platform.
• Develop AI-enabled workflows for operational efficiency.
• Support procedures, controls, and metrics for Tech org effectiveness.
• Create data visualizations and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Coordinate team engagement and AI adoption initiatives.
• Build knowledge sources for AI agents; ensure governance.
• Stay updated on responsible AI, governance, privacy, and security.
• Collaborate across teams to identify automation opportunities.
