Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton seeks an experienced Operations Center Build Project Manager to lead complex, multidisciplinary projects in defense settings. You will design, stand up, operate, and optimize operations centers and secure facilities, coordinating with engineers, security, IT, and vendors.

The role requires 10+ years in large projects and 5+ years in leadership, with experience in C2 facilities or data centers.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience managing complex technical, engineering, construction, facilities, or systems integration projects.
5+ years in a project or program management leadership role.
Experience leading the design, build-out, renovation, modernization, or integration of operations centers or data centers.
Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams across facilities, network, IT, and security.
Ability to manage schedules, budgets, risk, and performance metrics.

Responsibilities

Design, stand up, operate, and optimize operations centers and related facilities or data centers.
Lead cross-functional teams including engineers, security, IT, and vendors.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, and risk registers.
Communicate status and risks to senior government and contractor leadership.
