Job summary

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking an IT Project Lead to manage delivery of advanced digital solutions in secure, hybrid environments. You will coordinate teams across cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps disciplines while guiding Agile roadmap evolution to enhance analytical performance and governance for mission-focused outcomes.

The role requires 8+ years in project/program management (or 12+ years in lieu of a degree) and a Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

Experience managing complex IT, data, or analytics programs in secure, hybrid, or multi-enclave environments.
Experience leading cross-functional teams across cloud, data, AI/ML, and DevSecOps disciplines.
Knowledge of Agile delivery including backlog management, sprint planning, PI coordination, and roadmap development.

Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of advanced digital solutions and coordinate technical delivery teams.
Prioritize modernization initiatives and guide the Agile evolution of a roadmap.
Establish milestones, unify cross-functional teams, and drive tangible impact.
Translate stakeholder priorities into technical requirements and execution plans.
