Job summary

Linero is building critical operational infrastructure to scale rapidly from its New York office. The Operations Associate will work across recruiting, operations, and research, taking ownership of projects that lack a defined owner or playbook, and helping Linero move fast with exceptional quality.

You’ll be hands-on in a small, ambitious team, evolving scope as the company grows while working closely with Linero's leadership to deliver high-impact outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional work ethic and willingness to do whatever is required.
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Based in New York City.
• Able to switch contexts quickly and handle ambiguity.
• Interest in AI and automation.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-priority operational initiatives across the company
• Support recruiting and hiring as the team grows
• Conduct research and analysis to inform product, operations, decisions
• Coordinate projects with external partners, vendors, stakeholders
• Build lightweight processes and systems for better operations
• Identify opportunities to use AI and automation to speed workflows
• Take ownership of projects that don't fit other teams' remit
• Identify problems, seek answers, drive work to completion
