Job summary

LandEarly is seeking an Operations Associate to help keep day-to-day operations running smoothly as the team scales its auto-apply job search platform. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys building process, solving problems, and working across functions to keep things moving efficiently.

You will coordinate across teams, monitor workflows, maintain docs, and help with vendor coordination and data entry.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in operations or coordination.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and project trackers.
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operational workflows, identifying bottlenecks and recommending fixes
• Maintain and improve internal documentation, processes, and standard operating procedures
• Coordinate across teams (product, support, marketing) to ensure operational needs are met
• Monitor key operational metrics and flag issues or trends to leadership
• Assist with vendor coordination, data entry, and administrative tasks as needed
• Help troubleshoot user-facing or internal issues and route them to the right team
