Job summary

Ascensus seeks a Manager of Operational Support to lead reporting, analytics, and data quality for Government Savings Operations (529/ABLE/SFRP). You will guide a small team of analysts, ensure accurate and timely outputs, and partner with leaders to drive performance improvements.

Using Power BI and AI-enabled tools, you will automate processes, monitor KPIs like productivity and SLA adherence, and implement continuous improvements while safeguarding confidential data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5+ years in operations, reporting, analytics, or financial services.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
• Experience with data analysis, automation, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day execution of operational reporting across productivity, quality, SLA, and performance metrics.
• Oversee a small team of analysts responsible for reporting, analytics, and data quality support functions.
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of all reporting outputs to leadership and partners.
• Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual data aggregation.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the Director and senior stakeholders.
