Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Manager of Operational Support in Phoenix to lead the reporting, analytics, and data quality team. You will drive automated reporting initiatives using Power BI and AI-enabled capabilities, delivering insight to senior leaders and improving operational performance.

The role requires 5+ years in operations/analytics and 2+ years of supervisory experience, with a focus on KPIs, SLA adherence, and process improvement. This position is based in Phoenix with the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required and 5+ years in operations, reporting, analytics, or financial services.
• At least 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily to monthly reporting across productivity, quality, SLA, and performance metrics.
• Lead a small team of analysts in reporting, analytics, and data quality support.
• Develop automated reporting solutions using Power BI and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for operational improvement.
• Maintain documentation of reporting processes and controls.
