Job summary

Strong Tower Consulting in Seattle seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead end-to-end projects for Fortune 50 clients. You will drive initiation through closure, manage budgets, and coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver on time and within scope.

You will mentor teams, manage risks, engage stakeholders, and contribute to business development while upholding our sustainability and inclusion commitments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project management activities from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining and enhancing relationships.
  • Define business objectives, develop project strategies, and create detailed plans.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop diverse project teams.
  • Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Communicate goals, status, and outcomes to stakeholders.
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and comply with requirements.
  • Oversee project budgets, track expenditures, and forecast costs.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve PM processes and methodologies.

Senior Program Manager Consulting At a Fortune 50 Company
  • Project Leadership and Execution: Lead end-to-end project management activities, from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Competitive Salary: Approximately $155,000 $175,000 annually, based on a $75-$85 per hour rate.
