Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on veterinary technician experience providing direct patient care.
• Minimum 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience within a veterinary hospital.
• Advanced veterinary technical and anesthesia monitoring skills.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Credentialed RVT/LVT/CVT preferred but experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily leadership and guidance to veterinary support staff.
• Recruit, onboard, train, and develop team members.
• Conduct coaching conversations, performance evaluations, and development planning.
