Eye Care for Animals Culver City is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Technician/Practice Leader to guide daily clinic operations while delivering exceptional patient care. You will oversee reporting, payroll, hiring, and staff supervision, with monthly travel to Torrance.

Role Responsibilities:

The Practice Leader is responsible for the general management of the veterinary practice ensuring overall success while meeting benchmarks. In addition to their primary job responsibilities (as a veterinary technician), tasks include reporting, payroll processing, hiring, and employee supervision.

Experience & Skills Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care)
• Superior/advanced technical skills
• Has 2 years of supervisory experience (in a veterinary clinic setting)
• Has strong anesthesia skills (Able to obtain Blood pressure, ECG, Sp02, and ETC02 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes to assist doctors in early and appropriate intervention of patient care)
• Possesses a positive work attitude
• Self-motivated
• Excellent leadership, communication and organization skills
• Must be able to travel to our part time location in Torrance at least once a month

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $26 - $37 /hour, and Additional Compensation for Lead Position. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, certifications, qualifications, experience, and location.
