US Eye, a physician-led network of eye care clinics, seeks a RCM Support Services Specialist to enhance patient billing and financial clearance. You will handle inquiries, review claims, verify authorizations, and provide real-time cost estimates for visits and procedures.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years ophthalmology billing experience, CPT/ICD-10 knowledge, and proficiency with NextGen/Intellichart Pro. Full-time, near Elizabeth City, NC, with possible hybrid work.

Competenze

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or medical billing certification preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of ophthalmology or retina billing, authorizations, or RCM support.

Mansioni

• Respond to patient billing inquiries on-site or by phone.
• Explain insurance benefits, copays, deductibles, and out-of-pocket costs for ophthalmology/retina services.
• Review and update claims; identify charge posting or payment errors; correct denials or rejections.
