Job summary

EyeSouth Partners is seeking a proactive Practice Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations and financial performance across one or more clinical locations in North Florida. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, ensure compliance, and drive growth while partnering with regional leadership.

The role focuses on operational excellence, revenue cycle management, and staff development in a patient-centered environment, with collaboration across providers and governance teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years healthcare leadership across multi-site settings.
• Ophthalmology or related industry experience preferred.
• HRIS experience, UKG preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams and drive performance.
• Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, productivity metrics, and revenue cycle.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure accountability.
• Familiarity with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS guidelines and compliance processes.
• Effective communication with providers, staff, patients, and leadership.
• Proficiency with EHR/EMR systems and scheduling tools.
• Experience with workflow optimization and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations for multiple practice locations.
• Lead staffing, training, performance management, and HR liaison.
• Coordinate with surgery centers and facilities.
• Identify and implement efficiency improvements.
• Monitor revenue cycle metrics and coding trends.
• Lead regular doctor, leadership, and staff meetings.
• Develop data-driven insights to improve clinical and surgical performance.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, CMS and other regs.
• Manage budgeting, expenses, and capital equipment planning.
• Support governance and policy development.
