What will you be doing?

  • Deliver appropriate and approved information and messaging to target accounts
  • Achieve call and sales activity targets as set by the company
  • Complete administrative duties as required
  • Develop a strong understanding of the marketplace, therapeutic area, and product benefits, including mechanism of action, indications, efficacy, and safety
  • Stay informed on healthcare industry trends, applicable laws and regulations, and market access environment, including pharmacy economics, reimbursement landscape, and patient flow between institutions and community practices
  • Establish, maintain, and develop strong relationships with healthcare professionals in physician offices, urgent care facilities, and pharmacies
  • Ask strategic, insightful questions to identify customer needs and tailor messaging accordingly


What do you need for this position?

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1+ years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience required
  • Previous Medical Device Sales experience preferred
  • Previous Medical Device/buy and bill experience preferred
  • 1+ years of eye care sales experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to develop and execute a territory business plan
  • Proven ability to establish long-term business relationships with key customers
  • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
  • A valid driver’s license and a safe driving record
  • Excellent prioritization, decision-making, and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM/Veeva, and sales reporting technology
